Hereafter we will outline the operations to be carried out which include information recollection, conservation and processing with the purpose of recollection and conservation of your information to provide the services available via the Portal and to provide the information required by Court Authorities if necessary.

The submittal of the personal data requested is not obligatory; however the refusal to give the information will make it impossible to provide the required services.

The data processing controller is Veneziani. The data processors are the Company’s subjects in charge of this management area.
Data subject’s rights
We inform you that every data subject has the following rights in accordance with art. 13 Legislative Decrees 675/1996:
•	To know through free access to the Register contents, according to art. 31 Legislative Decree 675/1996 the existence of data processing that may concern you;
•	To be informed:
-	Of name, registered company name, address, residence, head office of data controller;
-	Of purposes and methods of processing;
-	Of name, registered company name, address, residence, head office of data processor.
•	To obtain from the controller: 
-	Ratification of the existence of personal data concerning himself and communication of the same. Information about the processing logic and purposes;
-	Erasure or anonymisation of data that has been unlawfully processed, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
-	updating, rectification or integration of the data;
-	certification to the effect that the operations as per numbers 1 and 2 have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
•	To object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
•	To object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys. And to be informed by the controller, no longer than the moment when the data is communicated or spread, about the possibility to exercise this right for free.
For each request as per paragraph 1, number 3.1 it can be asked of the subject, where the existence of concerning data is not confirmed, contribution costs not superior to the effectively borne costs, according to the methods and within the limits established in Art. 33 Paragraph 3. 
The rights as per Paragraph 1, where related to the personal data concerning a deceased, may be exercised by any entity that has interest therein.
The data subject may grant, in writing, the power of attorney or representation to natural persons or associations in connection with exercise of the rights as per Paragraph 1.
Regulations about journalist’s professional confidentiality remain firm, within the limit of the source of the news.
The rights referred to in the Art.13 Legislative Decree 675/1996, above summarised, may be exercised by making a written request to:
